Design, Build, Renovators

Let’s get started shall we. After contacting TDI one of our highly skilled designers will schedule an onsite meeting with you to discuss
your new dream projects. From there we perform a feasibility study to see how the project will be build and establish a budget for the project. Upon approval we will review the project with our engineers and architects then prepare all the construction documents needed. Once building permits are released, we then get to work.

Yes, we said on time, on budget, exactly as promised and we mean it. Well, it is easier to say then do sometimes, however we strive to make sure we do everything we can to deliver this promise.

Communication is key between everyone during a renovation project. Even when something comes up and yes it happens, we all just need to communicate and fill everyone in on what’s going on with the schedule.
Money, Money, Money and yes it is not going to build itself. It takes funding to do projects and budgets are very important. We are realalistic from the start with our budgets. Be careful with low priced budgets because we all know the golden rule, if its to good to be true, it probly is.
Every time we make a promise to build your project it is truly a commitment to deliver exactly as we discussed. We are all making a commitment to each other, its kind of like raising a child. If we are all on the same page the project (or child) will turn out perfect. If someone breaks a promise then the project (or child) can be compromised. At the end of the day nobody wants a discruntaled project!
